About DeckMake

We’re looking for a driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding team at DeckMake. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategies and channels that bring new users to DeckMake and turn them into loyal, paying customers. You’ll work closely with product, design, and sales to build campaigns that resonate with marketers, founders, consultants, and other professionals who need great presentations fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, email, and partnership channels.
  • Design and run experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
  • Work with content and design teams to produce compelling campaigns and landing pages.
  • Analyse funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and act on them quickly.
  • Manage paid social and search campaigns with a focus on CAC and ROI.
  • Build and nurture lifecycle email programs that drive upgrades and reduce churn.
  • 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience at a SaaS or B2B startup.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
  • Experience running paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent written communication skills for crafting copy that converts.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
